Responsibilities
- Manage key customer accounts with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Act as a bridge between business managers and customers.
- Promote and share the full range of goods and services.
- Respond to urgent enquiries and handle complaints.
- Drive sales revenue for business in local docking shipyards.
- Lead and mentor the team of Key Account Managers.
- Handle customer requests including sales quotations.
- Receive and host customers during visits.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage key customer accounts with a strong customer-centric approach.
- Act as a bridge between business managers (oriented China Team) and customers to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
- Promote and share the full range of goods and services offered by Jaspore Marine.
- Play a defining role in communication with the Customer Center and HQ Sales team (oriented China Team), responding to urgent enquiries and handling complaints.
- Drive sales revenue for business in local docking shipyards and site projects through the local branch office.
- Lead the team or act as a sounding board and sparring partner for other Key Account Managers in the local branch.
- Mentor junior staff on work-related issues and professional development.
- Handle customer requests including sales quotations, itinerary changes, re-routing, and last-minute requirements.
- Receive and host customers during visits to the local office.
