Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator. This role involves coordinating shipments, processing bookings, and liaising with clients and carriers. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in Shipping and Logistics and be bilingual in English and Mandarin. This is a permanent position with a workweek of 5 days and a salary up to SGD 4,200 plus variable bonus.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Shipping and Logistics.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin for communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, and freight.
  • Process online freight bookings via the system.
  • Follow up on booking confirmation with carriers.
  • Prepare booking confirmation for customers.
  • Follow up on required approvals and documentation.
  • Prepare invoices, debit and credit notes.
  • Perform any other assigned duties.
