A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for candidates to provide customer service support through LiveChat and social media platforms. Applicants should possess IT skills and a strong command of English. This role offers a 12-month renewable contract with a salary of $2300, completion bonus, and a flexible work schedule including WFH options.

Job description

Salary: $2300 + completion bonus + OT Payable
Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable)
Location: Ubi (MRT: Macpherson)
5.5 days per week (1 day WFH during weekday, weekend WFH)
8.30am - 6.00pm for Monday – Friday
• Sat/Sun Morning: 830am 130pm (usually WFH)
• Sat Afternoon: 12pm 6pm (usually WFH)

Scope of Work

• Provide customer service support via LiveChat
• Answer Customer comments and reviews on Social media and App stores: Facebook, Instagram, Appstore, Google Play, other review sites (open comments and direct messages)
• Raise Service Request and work with IT support to close cases
• Monitor competitive activity on social media and produce weekly management report.

Skill Set

• Familiar with Apps and social media platforms
• IT Savvy and good command of English
• Good customer service skills
