Job description

Our client is in the Environmental industry, they are one of the leading waste management solutions providers in Singapore. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints across phone, email, and in-person channels.
• Handle and follow up on customer feedback or complaints to ensure timely resolution.
• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, service forms (eSEF), compliance documents, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely waste collection and service delivery, including monitoring collection schedules and purchase orders.
• Maintain customer databases, filing systems, and NAV records, and support service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Service Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
• Adaptability, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
