Job summary

A recruitment consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Tampines. The candidate will provide quality support over email and phone, handle customer inquiries, and manage sales orders. The role requires a minimum diploma and 2-3 years of experience in customer relationship management and order processing.   • Conduct regular meetings with customers for communication.
  • Solve problems to add value for customers.
  • Extract and organize data for monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for timely resolution of issues.
  • Promote new products to existing customers.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Customer Service Executive

  • Location: Tampines
  • Working Hours: 830am - 530pm (Mon - Fri)
  • Salary : $2,800 to $3,500 +OT pay
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
  • Experience in handling customers’ inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls.
  • Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
  • Experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
