A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Customer Service Executive. The role involves providing quality customer service, managing sales orders, and resolving customer inquiries efficiently. Candidates should have a diploma, and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of Excel and experience with SAP is advantageous.

Customer Service Executive | Up to $3.5k | 5 Days | Tampines

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 830am - 530pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 + OT pay

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
  • Perform sales order management for customers.
  • Perform allocation of stocks and arrange delivery for customers’ orders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
  • Perform problem solving to value-added customers.
  • Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experiences on order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
  • Experience in handling customers’ inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls.
  • Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as, V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
  • Experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
