Job Description
- Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
- Respond to customer inquiries
- Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
- Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.
- Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
- Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.
- Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers
Requirements
- Minimally 2 years of working experience, with experiences handling container shipment.
- Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
- Preferably with knowledge for import and export shipments
- Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
- Friendly and welcoming disposition
- Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
- Good command of written and verbal English
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
