  • Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements
  • Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance.
  • Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met.
  • Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents.
  • Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers’ requirements/instructions are addressed.
  • Resolve customers’ concerns, if any.
  • Build and maintain long term business relationship with new and existing customers
Requirements
  • Minimally 2 years of working experience, with experiences handling container shipment.
  • Prior customer service or sales coordinator experience will be an advantage
  • Preferably with knowledge for import and export shipments
  • Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
  • Friendly and welcoming disposition
  • Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
  • Good command of written and verbal English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
