• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents.
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to freight forwarding services.
• Prepare and submit permit declarations using Singapore Customs systems.

Job Description

• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, co-loaders, and overseas agents on export and cross-trade shipments
• Handle incoming calls and enquiries related to the company’s freight forwarding services
• Prepare and submit permit declarations using Singapore Customs Tradenet /Trade Palette systems (Permit declaration)
• Support daily operations and perform other ad-hoc assignments as required
