Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive. The role involves providing excellent customer service through email and phone, managing sales orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Customer Service Executive

Location: Tampines

Working Hours: 830am - 530pm (Mon - Fri)

Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 + OT pay

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality customer service support to customers over e‑mail and phone.
  • Handle customer enquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required.
  • Perform sales order management for customers.
  • Allocate stocks and arrange delivery for customers’ orders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
  • Perform problem solving to add value for customers.
  • Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
  • Experience in handling customers’ inquiries and claims by email and phone calls.
  • Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as V‑lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
  • Experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
