Customer Service Executive
Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 830am - 530pm (Mon - Fri)
Salary: $2,800 to $3,500 + OT pay
Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service support to customers over e‑mail and phone.
- Handle customer enquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required.
- Perform sales order management for customers.
- Allocate stocks and arrange delivery for customers’ orders.
- Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
- Perform problem solving to add value for customers.
- Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
- Any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any field.
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and delivery arrangement, customer relationship management.
- Experience in handling customers’ inquiries and claims by email and phone calls.
- Possess Excel skills and knowledge such as V‑lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulae.
- Experience in SAP will have an added advantage.
