Job scope

• Verify if the requested apheresis pick-up date is feasible.
• Track the approval status of the Product Request Form (PRF).
• Issue the Order Confirmation.
• Arrange dewar shipment with World Courier (WC).
• Track progress of export documentation.
• Ensure the Apheresis Data Form (ADF) is submitted and approved before the pick-up date.
• Monitor delivery of the empty dewar to the site and the subsequent apheresis pick-up.
• Complete hard-peg in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and update the Live View Link (LVL) in SAP Cloud Platform (SCP).
• Track receipt of the apheresis material at the manufacturing site.
• Monitor the Day 0 manufacturing start.
• Send the Harvest notification.
• Monitor shipment of the finished product (FP) from the plant.
• Provide volume details and invoice to WC.
• Send the Tocilizumab notification email to the site.
• Track delivery and receipt of the finished product at the site.
• Monitor updates to the confirmed infusion date and time in CellChain.
