Job summary

A leading engineering company is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide pre-and post-sales assistance for its products. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales support within the engineering sector. Key responsibilities include managing resources for revenue generation, liaising with different departments, and offering technical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide before and after sales support for all parts products sold by the company.
• Manage and utilize manpower and asset resources to achieve revenue targets.
• Liaise with various departments on machinery, customer, and staff issues.
• Control and monitor work progress and arrange for subcontractor work.

Responsibilities

• In charge of providing before and after sales support for all parts products sold by company
• In charge of controlling, managing and utilizing manpower and asset resources to generate the revenue to achieve the budget
• Responsible in liaising with the various departments on machines/ equipment, customers and staffs issues
• Responsible for arranging for the opening of work order to execute jobs request as well as control and monitor work progress
• Responsible in raising local purpose order to cover outside work transactions
• Taking charge arranging and organizing works to sub-contractors.
• Assist in trouble-shooting problems as and when required and proving of technical support for all the products line.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering or related
• Min 3 years of experience in Customer Service / Sales Support in Engineering Industry
