Job summary

• Support the PR Journey project by managing customer feedback, tracking case progress, and ensuring follow-ups are completed.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and provide updates.
• Perform data entry, maintain records, and update customer interaction logs in the system.
• Assist in improving customer experience processes by identifying patterns or service gaps.
• Provide general administrative support to the project team as required.
