A leading company in marine logistics is seeking a dedicated logistics coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure client satisfaction. The successful candidate will bring at least 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and marine logistics processes preferred.
  • Able to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely execution of clients’ requirements across departments.
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment statuses, inquiries, and service requests.
  • Work closely with the Operations and Sales teams to investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely processing of invoices and records.
  • Comply with internal SOPs and service standards, while continuously improving customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in marine logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Proactive, service-minded, and team-oriented with a high level of integrity.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and marine logistics processes preferred.
  • Able to work independently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Salary: $3,200 to $4,200
