About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer‑oriented Customer Service Executive to join our Client, one of the distributors of luxury and electric cars in Singapore. You will be responsible for monitoring and improving customer service quality across multiple brands, analysing feedback, and driving initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or other communication channels
  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coordinating with internal teams to manage and track aftersales service requests
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management to enhance the overall customer experience
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma; Degree holders will have an advantage.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (to communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking customers).
