Responsibilities
- Attend to and assist all customer enquiries received through various customer service channels, including queries related to mortgage, car, and renovation loans, as well as loan retention matters.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer needs.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customers’ requirements and provide accurate, relevant, and personalized solutions.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions to support business growth.
- Consistently deliver high-quality service to achieve customer satisfaction and uphold the organization’s service standards.
