Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Laboratory / LIMS) in the West near Gui Circle MRT. The role handles inquiries on quotations, testing services, sample status and submission requirements, acting as the main contact for assigned projects and updating clients accordingly.

You will register samples in LIMS/CRM, coordinate local and international sample collection, maintain records, handle escalations, support onboarding and monitor service KPIs with a focus

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, project coordination or laboratory operations.
• Good customer communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfortable working with LIMS, CRM or similar databases.
• Experience in laboratory, testing, life sciences or environmental services advantageous.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries on quotations, testing services, sample status and submission requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned customer projects and provide timely updates.
• Register and maintain client samples accurately in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Coordinate local and international sample collection, shipment and delivery to laboratory partners.
• Maintain accurate customer and project records in LIMS, CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate re-testing, additional analyses, OOS investigations and service requests with laboratory teams.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support new client onboarding and provide guidance on sample submission processes.
• Prepare and monitor service KPIs including turnaround time, service levels and customer performance.
• Support process improvement initiatives and other assigned duties.

Job description

• Position: Customer Service Executive (Laboratory / LIMS)
• Location: West (Near Gui Circle MRT)
• Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $3200 + AWS + Variable Bonus + Dental + Transport allowance+ Medical claim
• Duration: Permanent
