Job summary
A service-oriented company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include processing orders, liaising with teams for customer needs, and assisting in administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will be sales-oriented, bilingual in Mandarin, and have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision. Training is provided for inexperienced staff.

Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service through various channels.
- Assist walk-in customers with collections and payments.
- Process sales orders and maintain customer data.
- Liaise with sales and finance for account requests.
- Coordinate with warehouse for shipments and deliveries.
- Provide assistance for inventory discrepancies.

Job responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to the needs of Customers through different communication channels
- Assist our Walk-in Customers in collections of goods and COD payments (as and when)
- Process sales orders to Microsoft Dynamics Navision and maintain Customer data
- Liaise with Sales/Finance for new Customer account request or release of Customers due to overdue AR or over-credit limit.
- Liaise with Warehouse Team for outgoing shipments/delivery to Customers
- Liaise with Production Team on Customer's request for catalogues or samples needs
- Support in inventory discrepancies adjustment to Warehouse/Finance Team
- Ensure proper record filing and documentation for annual audit
- Assist in any related ad-hoc and administrative tasks assigned by Supervisor
Requirements
- Sales Oriented, Eloquent, Positive Attitude
- Bilingual Speaking (Able to speak in Mandarin so to liaise with Chinese Senior Colleagues and Counterparts)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be added advantage
- Training will be provided for non experienced staff
