This role involves close coordination with internal teams, partner organisations, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth booking experience and efficient use of facilities. Key Responsibilities
  • Process and coordinate facility booking requests from organisations and stakeholders based on established policies.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and booking‑related issues professionally and promptly.
  • Prepare data reports and presentation materials to support management decisions.
  • Manage mailbox communications, quotation requests, and payment follow‑ups.
  • Monitor compliance with booking terms and ensure timely payment collection.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using Microsoft Excel.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative coordination.
  • Singaporean only.
