Job responsibilities
  • Acquire strong knowledge of BrainFit’s programmes and processes.
  • Deliver professional and high-quality sales and customer service experience.
  • Manage programme enquiries via walk-in, phone and online channels.
  • Manage student registrations and payments.
  • Manage company’s CRM and other online systems.
  • Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
  • Assist with company events (eg. open houses).
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Minimum ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in front-desk, sales, customer service or hospitality industries.
  • Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
  • Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Results-oriented, performance-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team-setting.
  • Positive outlook and pleasant disposition.
  • 5-day work-week including Saturday and/or Sunday.
