Job responsibilities
- Acquire strong knowledge of BrainFit’s programmes and processes.
- Deliver professional and high-quality sales and customer service experience.
- Manage programme enquiries via walk-in, phone and online channels.
- Manage student registrations and payments.
- Manage company’s CRM and other online systems.
- Ensure the front desk and common areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Assist with company events (eg. open houses).
- Provide general administrative support.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in front-desk, sales, customer service or hospitality industries.
- Experience in the education industry is an advantage.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Results-oriented, performance-driven and able to work independently as well as in a team-setting.
- Positive outlook and pleasant disposition.
- 5-day work-week including Saturday and/or Sunday.
