Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to coordinate customer interactions for import and export shipments. Responsibilities include updating customers on shipping schedules, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring all shipping requirements are met efficiently. Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in a shipping role.
  • Experience with shipping documents such as B/L, D/O, C/O and Forms.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate and liaise with customers for import/export shipments.
  • Check and update customers on shipping schedules.
  • Liaise with shipping line/agent for bookings.
  • Liaise with shipping lines for bookings.

Co-ordinate and liaise with customers to ensure smooth transaction in all import and exports shipment

Liaise with supplier and customers on shipping schedules

Check and update customers on shipping schedules and information

Liaise with shipping line / agent for booking

Ensure customers shipping requirements are fulfilled in an effective and efficient manner with frequent follow ups

Having experience with shipping documents such as B/L , D/O, C/O and Forms

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English communication skils

Must have 1-2 years experience in the similar field

Meticulous and detailed oriented preferred

Team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
