A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to serve as the first point of contact for customers. You will manage inquiries and support internal teams for service delivery. Candidates should have a diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers up to $3.7K monthly.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Manage inquiries, service requests, and complaints with timely follow-up and resolution.
Record and update customer details for follow-up and database accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth waste collection and service delivery.
Oversee collection schedules, purchase orders, billing, and compliance documentation.
Maintain filing systems, NAV software, and prepare monthly reports.
Support the Customer Service Manager in improving processes and customer satisfaction.
