Job description
  • Support the Customer Service Department under the guidance of the Team Manager.
  • Oversee and manage air and sea freight bookings efficiently.
  • Communicate and coordinate with air and sea carriers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and assistance as needed.
  • Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings, bills of lading (BL), and other necessary paperwork.
