Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
  • Manage air and sea freight bookings efficiently.
  • Coordinate and communicate with air and sea carriers.
  • Maintain regular liaison with customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings, bills of lading (BL), and other related paperwork.
