Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
- Manage air and sea freight bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate and communicate with air and sea carriers.
- Maintain regular liaison with customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings, bills of lading (BL), and other related paperwork.
