About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at the Changi Airfreight Centre. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients & overseas partners. Based in the Changi Airfreight Centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight forwarding business.

What you'll be doing
  1. Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Coordinate and track the progress of freight forwarding /Shipper's orders, ensuring timely pickup, delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns that may arise.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and transactions.
  5. Assist with the processing and handling of freight documentation.
  6. Opportunity to learn and assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.
  7. On‑Job Training will be provided; any other official duties assigned by Senior Management.

  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  4. Proficient in using relevant software and computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
