We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our team at the Changi Airfreight Centre. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients & overseas partners. Based in the Changi Airfreight Centre, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freight forwarding business.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate and track the progress of freight forwarding / shipper orders, ensuring timely pickup, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and transactions.
  • Assist with the processing and handling of freight documentation.
  • Opportunity to learn and assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.
  • On-the-job training will be provided; any other official duties assigned by senior management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • A team player with a positive, customer‑centric attitude.
