Position Title: Customer Service Executive
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 5.25 days (Rotational Saturdays after confirmation, all Saturdays are WFH) (Mon to Fri: 8.30am – 5:30pm) (Sat once a month: 8.30am – 12.30pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate communication with customers, overseas agents, and handle phone calls.
  • Manage airline space reservations through phone and email liaisons with carriers.
  • Track shipments and regularly check their status.
  • Confirm pricing and terms for awarded shipments.
  • Process shipments using EDI software.
  • Organize local handling services.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
