Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
- Self-driven and capable of working independently.
- Open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of air and sea logistics is a plus.
- Oversee air and sea shipment bookings efficiently.
- Coordinate with air and sea carriers to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
- Manage sea freight documentation, including bookings and bills of lading.
