Job description
Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Service Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently.
  • Open to learning and taking on new responsibilities.
  • Basic understanding of air and sea logistics is a plus.
  • Oversee air and sea shipment bookings efficiently.
  • Coordinate with air and sea carriers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers.
  • Manage sea freight documentation, including bookings and bills of lading.
