  • Attend to phone call, email or walk-in customer promptly and handle their feedback or complaints professionally

  • Work closely with internal department to ensure service delivery and collection are on time

  • Filling and preparing monthly reports

  • Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Customer Service Manager
