Salary Package: Basic Up to $3500 + AWS + VB + Quarterly incentive
Attend to phone call, email or walk-in customer promptly and handle their feedback or complaints professionally
Monitor and manage collection schedules and purchase order
Work closely with internal department to ensure service delivery and collection are on time
Filling and preparing monthly reports
Ad-hoc duties as per assigned by Customer Service Manager
Min Diploma in Business and with 2 years of relevant work experiences
