Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight / Ocean & Trucking shipments.
• Ensure fast clearance from terminal working closely with Clearance Vendor.
• Ensure accurate and correct permits are declared for all shipment.
• Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
• Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
• Update shipments arrival and timely delivery/POD arrangement.
• Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.
• Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
• Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
• Ensure timely deliveries and manage Vendors’ performance.
• Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request.
• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
• Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
