Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a documentation or customer service shipping environment.
- 4 years of experience in the forwarding field.
- Able to handle both import, export, and transhipment shipments.
Responsibilities
- Take bookings and prepare documentation like BL and manifest.
- Telemarketing to seek cargo opportunities.
- Follow up with key accounts for cargoes.

- Telemarketing to seek actively for cargo opportunities. Following up with key accounts for cargoes.
- Proactive to learn and team player
- Knowing Transhipment declaration is an advantage
- Able to handle both import, export and transhipment shipment through portnet.
- Application of Dg application.
- Constant look out for new customers and new trade lanes.
- Conversant in Microft words, excel and powerpoint.
