Qualifications

- Conduct administrative and operational tasks.

- Work closely with the Sales enrolment team.
- Identify customers’ needs and maintain high level of customer service.

- Identify customers’ needs and maintaining a continuous high level of customer service delivery and satisfaction.
- Ensure proper check-in management is practiced at the centre.
- Assist with crowd management during peak period.
- Work closely with the Sales enrolment team and provide regular feedback and insights to achieve greater customer intimacy.
- Proactively attend to customers’ feedback and challenges in a professional manner.
- Key member of the customer support function in establishing continuous improvement of processes to promote customer satisfaction.
- Drive efforts to improve operational processes and systems.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Required to work on both weekend
- Must also be able to liaise & effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking students / parents
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in operations and customer service
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and positive-minded
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the private education industry would be an added advantage
