Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Operations Coordinator. Qualifications

  • Proficient with computer functions.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate warehouse operations and monitor deliveries.
  • Prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments.
  • Act as the point of contact for shipment arrangements.
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately.
  • Conduct periodic stock quantity cycle counts.

Overview

The incumbent will coordinate the warehouse operations by ensuring efficient data entry, and email communications with internal and external customers for import, storage, cycle-count, and export tasks to facilitate the dispatch of warehouse materials, goods, and products to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in the warehouse environment by monitoring and coordinating deliveries and shipment
  • To prepare all shipping documents for import and export shipments
  • Act as the point of contact with internal and external stakeholders on shipment arrangement
  • Assist with all customers/suppliers’ inquiries via phone and emails
  • To ensure all inventory transactions are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy
  • Upkeep and file related documentation timely and accurately (E.g. delivery orders, shipping documents, inventory records, etc.)
  • Plan and conduct periodic, Stock Quantity Cycle Counts in accordance with the company’s SOP.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse utilization, inventory, stock movement and general matters for management review.
  • Ensure billing data accuracy while perform monthly billing.
  • To ensure office areas are well maintained.
  • Assisting the Manager with any other duties as assigned on an ad hoc basis
