Job summary
A leading air cargo service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to manage air freight bookings and ensure smooth cargo movement. Responsibilities include handling customer quotations, liaising with airlines, and monitoring cargo. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in air freight forwarding and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in Air Freight Forwarding.
- Computer literate and able to multitask.
- Good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily requests for quotation from customers for air freight bookings.
- Liaise with airlines to book and secure cargo space.
- Monitor cargo movement and inform customers.

JOB SCOPE:
- Handle daily request for quotation from customers for air freight cargo space booking.
- Liaise with Airline or GSA to book and secure cargo space confirmation.
- Provide solution to customers for complex cargo movement.
- Co-ordinate with partners for cargo movement solutions.
- Monitoring of cargo movement and keep customers inform of cargo uplift and arrival.
- Data entry into inhouse freight system.
- Work closely with our export and import department to ensure no disruption to cargo movement.
- And other duties being assign by HOD.
