Responsibilities

• Handle daily requests for quotation from customers for air freight bookings.
• Liaise with airlines to book and secure cargo space.
• Monitor cargo movement and inform customers.

Job description

JOB SCOPE:

• Handle daily request for quotation from customers for air freight cargo space booking.
• Liaise with Airline or GSA to book and secure cargo space confirmation.
• Provide solution to customers for complex cargo movement.
• Co-ordinate with partners for cargo movement solutions.
• Monitoring of cargo movement and keep customers inform of cargo uplift and arrival.
• Data entry into inhouse freight system.
• Work closely with our export and import department to ensure no disruption to cargo movement.
• And other duties being assign by HOD.
