Job descriptions for Customer Care Executive
  • 1) Report to Manager (Customer Services) of Whiz Communications Pte Ltd.
  • 2) Handle enquiries via online chat, emails, phones, walk-ins on all WhizComms services including Broadband, Travel E-Sim, etc.
  • 3) Handle customers’ requests on service application, amendment, addition, and termination.
  • 4) Process, schedule, and provide new and existing orders.
  • 5) Prepare service installation schedule including printing delivery orders, logistics etc.
  • 6) Manage and liaise with installers on installation schedules, appointments, orders, etc.
  • 7) Handle technical and connectivity issues including basic modem configuration, trouble-shootings, filing trouble tickets etc.
  • 8) Assist in Finance matters including enquiries on bill discrepancies, payments, ad-hoc payment links generation etc.
  • 9) Assist marketing in sales leads.
  • 10) Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
