Job descriptions for Customer Care Executive
- 1) Report to Manager (Customer Services) of Whiz Communications Pte Ltd.
- 2) Handle enquiries via online chat, emails, phones, walk-ins on all WhizComms services including Broadband, Travel E-Sim, etc.
- 3) Handle customers’ requests on service application, amendment, addition, and termination.
- 4) Process, schedule, and provide new and existing orders.
- 5) Prepare service installation schedule including printing delivery orders, logistics etc.
- 6) Manage and liaise with installers on installation schedules, appointments, orders, etc.
- 7) Handle technical and connectivity issues including basic modem configuration, trouble-shootings, filing trouble tickets etc.
- 8) Assist in Finance matters including enquiries on bill discrepancies, payments, ad-hoc payment links generation etc.
- 9) Assist marketing in sales leads.
- 10) Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
