Job description

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with managers on machines, customers and staffs issues.
• Arrange the work order to execute jobs request, control and monitor work progress.
• Raise purchase order, and provide after sales support with customers/internal departments.
• Arrange servicemen for servicing on site and rganize works to sub-contractors.
• Troubleshooting problems and close work orders and invoice to customer.
• Technical support to products line, and assists in recruitment, training and development.
• Supervise and guide staff on warranty and reports.
• Administers HR related matters i.e annual leaves, medical leaves, safety discipline and grievance..
• Ensure complying with ISO procedures.
• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 3 years relevant experience.
