Responsibilities

  • Deliver pre- and post-sales support for engine products.
  • Manage manpower and asset resources to achieve revenue and budget targets.
  • Liaise with department managers on machine, customer, and staff matters.
  • Open and manage work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely invoicing.
  • Coordinate subcontractor work and mobilize service personnel for optimal utilization.
  • Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and provide technical support across product lines.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of service staff.
  • Administer HR-related matters including leave, safety, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and company standards.
