Job Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of order fulfillment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Monitor shipment progress, provided timely updates to customers on delivery status and ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports on key customer developments
- Support the development and alignment of demand forecasts using market intelligence and historical data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across the region to ensure timely delivery of products, proactively identifying root causes of delays and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain and optimize inventory levels to support business goals; minimizing errors and omissions through effective inventory management.
- Ensure backorder and service level targets were consistently met, with clear communication of supply status.
- Ensure short lead time by optimizing and managing the general logistical flow
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business operations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
- Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Open to overseas travel (10%) per year
- Adaptable to a startup environment and committed to growing with the company
