Job Responsibilities
  • Manage full spectrum of order fulfillment
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipment progress, provided timely updates to customers on delivery status and ensure smooth delivery of orders
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports on key customer developments
  • Support the development and alignment of demand forecasts using market intelligence and historical data.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams across the region to ensure timely delivery of products, proactively identifying root causes of delays and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain and optimize inventory levels to support business goals; minimizing errors and omissions through effective inventory management.
  • Ensure backorder and service level targets were consistently met, with clear communication of supply status.
  • Ensure short lead time by optimizing and managing the general logistical flow
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Open to overseas travel (10%) per year
  • Adaptable to a startup environment and committed to growing with the company
