• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met.

Working Hours: Tuas: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 6pm /8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri), 9am-12pm (Alt Sat)

Job Scope

• Provide customer service support via phone and email.
• Prepare shipping documents and import/export documentation by adhering to the SOP in place and invoicing of order once shipments had been closed.
• Monitor and ensure shipments being cleared and delivered as prescribed.
• Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for all incoming and outgoing activities.
• Coordinate with supervisor for warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure accuracy of all inventories. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
• Perform general housekeeping within the workplace.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform any other job-related functions as and when assigned by superior.
