Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators.

Summary
  • Manage the full tendering process and provide support to the Contract Executive in lift renewal and maintenance takeover projects
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender proposals on time, ensuring compliance with tender specifications and company policies
  • Coordinate across departments to collect all necessary information for tenders and contracts
  • Keep tender records up to date and participate in briefings or site visits when required
  • Assist the Contract Executive in preparing proposals for lift renewal, issue Defect Liability Period Contract, and maintenance takeover (MTO) jobs
  • Support documentation, quotations, and team/vendor coordination and track contract renewals and client updates
  • Support schedule and coordinate site surveys, inspections, and technical meetings
Requirements
  • Preferably with Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Min 2 years of tender preparation, contracts, or sales support experience in Lift / Construction/ Building Automation/ Commercial & Industrial industry
