Customer Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for shipment status, enquiries, and order updates via phone and email.
Order Management: Perform accurate data entry into our internal Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Shipping Documentation: Prepare essential logistics documents including Delivery Orders (DO), Invoices, and Bill of Lading.
Operations Coordination: Collaborate with the warehouse and transport departments to ensure 100% fulfillment of customer orders.
Admin Support: Assist with general filing, reporting, and daily administrative tasks.
