Responsibilities
- Ensure an efficient and effective sales administration process and coordination to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist Account Managers in preparing accurate sales quotations for customer inquiries, maintaining attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
- Respond promptly to customer requests for quotations and product information related to new purchases or license/maintenance renewals.
- Verify pricing details before submitting them to the Purchaser for Purchase Order processing.
- Process confirmed sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Address customer delivery requests and coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Escalate any maintenance or support issues reported by customers to the Operations team for resolution.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to help achieve overall sales performance targets.
- Maintain systematic and organized documentation of all relevant data.
- Collect and provide necessary information to support Account Managers in tender requirements, coordinating with Suppliers and the Technical Solutions team.
- Monitor and follow up on tender progress and status updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify additional opportunities beyond current requests, contributing to increased sales revenue.
- Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration and sales coordination within the IT/Technology industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
