Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure an efficient and effective sales administration process and coordination to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist Account Managers in preparing accurate sales quotations for customer inquiries, maintaining attention to detail and consistent follow-up.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for quotations and product information related to new purchases or license/maintenance renewals.
  • Verify pricing details before submitting them to the Purchaser for Purchase Order processing.
  • Process confirmed sales orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Address customer delivery requests and coordinate closely with the Operations team to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Escalate any maintenance or support issues reported by customers to the Operations team for resolution.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to help achieve overall sales performance targets.
  • Maintain systematic and organized documentation of all relevant data.
  • Collect and provide necessary information to support Account Managers in tender requirements, coordinating with Suppliers and the Technical Solutions team.
  • Monitor and follow up on tender progress and status updates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify additional opportunities beyond current requests, contributing to increased sales revenue.
  • Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
