Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries and coordinate shipment bookings. The role requires at least 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding and proficiency in MS Office. You will work closely with Import/Export teams to ensure smooth job execution and develop positive relationships with stakeholders.   • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure proper office housekeeping
  • Develop and strengthen positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Freight Forwarding.
  • Proficient in MS office applications
