Position: Customer Service (Construction Materials) - Up to $2,800 + Comms - Sungei Kadut

Location: Sungei Kadut

Working hours: 5 Days Work Week - Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM

Salary: Up to $2,800 + Commission + Transport Allowance + Incentives + Performance Bonus + AWS + 10-14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Perm

Industry: Manufacture of Cement, Lime and Plaster

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities to aggressively grow market share within the assigned territory.
  • Account Management & Growth: Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing clients, understanding their project pipelines to ensure repeat business and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Execution: Lead the entire sales process from initial prospecting and client meetings to crafting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals.
  • Collaborative Customer Success: Act as the primary liaison between the customer and internal teams (Operations, Logistics, Quality Control) to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide strategic insights to leadership.
  • Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements
  • Preferably with sales experience in construction industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates needs to have Mandarin language proficiency to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
