Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customers and warehouse for daily orders.
  • Perform entries in SAP.
  • Co-ordinate with customers on orders.
  • Issue outbound instructions to warehouse.
  • Coordinate transportation and shipping requirements.

Job description
Responsibilities

Liaise with customers and warehouse CS for daily orders.

Perform entries in SAP.

Co‑ordinate with customers on orders.

Issue outbound instruction and release to warehouse CS.

Co‑ordinate with Transport Department for transportation & shipping requirements.

Co‑ordinate with forwarder on shipments.

Send reports requested by customer.

Any other task assigned by customer.

Requirements
  • Knows about shipping documentation will be advantage.
  • Some experience in Logistics / Shipping Customer Service background.
  • Knowing SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS).
