Job summary

A regional distributor and retailer in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage enquiries, handle returns, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate has a passion for customer experiences and strong communication skills in English and Mandarin. A minimum O-Level or Nitec qualification is preferred. Competitive salary between SGD 2,500 and SGD 3,500 is offered.

  • Manage customer complaints, calls, and feedback professionally.
  • Schedule deliveries and service appointments efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle return and refund requests via online platforms
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Perform front counter duties, including repair collections and walk-in enquiries
  • Manage customer complaints, calls, and feedback professionally
  • Schedule deliveries and service appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
  • Maintain good communication and possess strong computer skills
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Minimum O-Level or Nitec qualification
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking customers)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
