Job summary

A local trading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to manage a team and ensure excellent service delivery. The role involves supervising staff, attending to customer inquiries, and managing data entry tasks. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a positive work attitude. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM. Lunch is provided.

Job Responsibilities

• To attend customer's enquiries and emails.
• To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls, orders.
• Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
