Job summary

A regional electronics distributor in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent support. You'll handle enquiries, manage returns, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong English and Mandarin skills, and can thrive in a dynamic environment. This full-time position offers a salary between SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer enquiries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Handle return and refund requests via online platforms
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure excellent customer service
  • Perform front counter duties, including repair collections and walk-in enquiries
  • Manage customer complaints, calls, and feedback professionally
  • Schedule deliveries and service appointments efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned
  • Maintain good communication and possess strong computer skills
What We're Looking For
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred
  • Minimum O-Level or Nitec qualification
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer experiences
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
