dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic B2B team. This newly created position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and supporting business growth across local and international markets.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Support project timelines and ensure milestones are met with accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other office applications.
