Job summary
A leading sports retailer in Singapore is seeking a motivated individual for a customer service role. The ideal candidate is passionate about sports and will excel in a fast-paced retail environment while maximizing sales and providing excellent customer experiences. Must be available for shift work, including weekends and public holidays.

About the Role:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Proactively follow-up on customer queries & needs
- Achieve the agreed standards on the sales floor including fitting room, till and service zone at all times
- Maximize sales through effective management of departmental stock and size availability to facilitate layout planning
- General store operations – including visual merchandising, managing inventory, stock take and general house keeping
- Keeping abreast of latest sports news (or trends in fashion) in order to possess in-depth product knowledge and communicate to customers effectively
- Make use of the product knowledge to suggest products and promote product benefits to customers in order to drive sales
- Develop strong connections with customer to generate loyal customers and repeat transactions
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by Supervisor or SIC

Key Requirements

- Possess good communications skills and be sales driven.
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work retail hours and commit at least 3 days per week (i.e. Shift work, Public Holidays and weekends).
