Job Description
- Checking in of passengers to boarding of flights.
- Greeting passengers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
- Handling flight disruptions, providing recovery assistance to affected passengers.
- Handle lost and found baggage.
- Airline Weight & Balance.
- Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Seletar Airport.
- Candidate must possess at least a "N", "O" Level, any field, including a pass in English.
- Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / hotel / lounge related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.
- Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
- Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.
- A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
