Job summary

A leading airport services company in Singapore is seeking customer service staff to assist with checking passengers in and ensuring a smooth departure process. The role requires shift work, especially on weekends and public holidays, and ideally 1-2 years of experience in customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidate must possess at least a 'N', 'O' Level, including a pass in English.
  • Preferably 1-2 years' experience in customer service or related fields.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance service standards.
  • Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.

Responsibilities

  • Checking in passengers to boarding of flights.
  • Greeting passengers and ensuring a smooth departure process.
  • Handling flight disruptions and providing recovery assistance.
  • Managing lost and found baggage.
  • Assisting passengers who require special assistance.

  • Greeting passengers upon arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.
  • Handling flight disruptions, providing recovery assistance to affected passengers.
  • Handle lost and found baggage.
  • Airline Weight & Balance.
  • Assisting passengers who require special assistance.
  • Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
  • Able to commit on weekends and public holidays.
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Seletar Airport.
  • Candidate must possess at least a "N", "O" Level, any field, including a pass in English.
  • Preferably at least 1-2 years’ experience in customer service / hotel / lounge related industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to enhance the service standards throughout the operation.
  • Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills.
  • Able to organise, plan ahead and manage workload.
  • A team player and a self-starter, yet able to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
